American Racing/Newcomer Jeep 4.0 Headers
Finally a great solution for the dreaded Jeep 4.0 cracked exhaust headers. Not only that but they pack a big(1-5/8" or 1-3/4") with a long seamless primary tube with a rotational firing order that converges into a stretched out 6 in to 1 merge collector for that big deep sound that produces great overall power and DOES NOT CRACK. If you combine this header with our Copper gasket and Stainless steel bolt and winged washer kit you will have a great looking and performing setup for the life of your 4.0.

We have an all new header design which is labeled as "Newcomer". As of 10/04/26, we are taking pre-orders for our first batch(3-4 weeks till delivery). Every other batch moving forward will take approximately 4-8 weeks once our batch order is placed, so if you want one soon you will need to get in this first batch.
