Pictures from Concord Speedway March 9th & 10th

Keith Newcomer swept the season opening weekend at Concord Speedway with a huge win on Friday night and again on Saturday in the Legends Pro division.  This is a great start on the season for Newcomer Racing.  Check back soon for more racing updates.

We had to post some pictures of one of our customers crazy turbo mustangs.  The Newcomer built 302 Turbo Mod-Motor motivates this 5.0 to run deep into the 5.50's and is causing quite the ruckus.  Competition be warned, he is currently waiting for a bigger turbo to make this ride an even nasty beast.  Pictures were from a cell phone but hopefully we can get some hi-res pics up soon!

We would like to welcome our current Race Carburetor customers: JJ Yeley, Scott Riggs, and David Stremme.  We look forward to serving them as well as any one else that needs the extra power from a professionally built race carb.

Another Newcomer Racing engine does the trick.  After running a best of 6.60 on their old 347 our happy customer opted for a new, fully built, SBF Boss 302 turbo motor and started off strong with a 6.20@114mph at Mooresville Dragway! 

Starting with a 2nd place on Friday in the RPM ProFormance Legends Pro class at CMP, Newcomer Racing on-upped that finish with a big Win on Saturday. Come look for us as we run the Summer Shootout Series every Monday and Tuesday Night this Summer at Charlotte Motor Speedway starting on June 13th.  The competition better look out!
