After many years in the works, we have finally produced an all-new design Jeep 4.0 CNC 100% Billet Valve Cover. This cover has tons of innovation all wrapped up in an extremely nice CNC billet package.

We used the same encapsulated valve cover base gasket design from our Billet Valve Cover Spacer to create the ultimate cover. This billet valve cover is actually 1/2" shorter than the valve cover spacer/factory valve cover setup to help with hood clearance. We achieve this through our one-of-a-kind evaporative/breather tube design system which eliminates the need for a splash shield. Our system uses screw-in o-ringed tubes. These tubes house a clip in breather setup or an orficed tube with #8 ORB O-ring fittings for your choice of push-lock style hose or AN fittings on the top side.

This cover gives plenty of room from every aspect for larger adjustable roller rocker arms, to larger springs and retainers. The thick billet perimeter gives you the confidence when you go to tighten your VC down and to not worry about cracking or breaking. This cover is designed for the newer style rubber gasket for leak-free use, which is also included. The over-sized billet fill cap is o-ringed and offered in a front fill or center fill valve cover design. We will be offering different design options in the near future. For now, the cap in the picture is the only option available.

You can setup this cover to run the OEM style push-on 1/2" breather to air box with an orficed rear to the intake. Or, Breather both to the air box, to eliminate that nasty oil in the intake manifold like the OEM style. OR, use two #8 AN fittings to an air intake or catch can setup to control blow-by for that boosted application.

The evaporative/breather system style is a choice for you to make at checkout, along with your bolt style(Studs or Button head SS bolts), Raw/Clear Anodized/Black Anodized finish, front fill or center fill. If you order a coating option other than RAW, that will take an extra week to get coated before we can ship.
