The "Torque Monster" has quickly became our best seller. It offers killer bottom end and midrange power with out killing the top end power thanks to our Competition Cylinder Head upgrade. When you still want great driveability and road manners with that all around awesome power band this is your build with a power band from Idle to 5500rpm's with a slightly noticeable idle. This package will include a lightweight crank for those quick revs, Resized short rods w/ARP bolts, main girdle, baffled oil pan, billet timing set, micro-polished custom cam and lifters, long lasting quiet hypereutectic pistons w/lightweight rings for low drag, long life performance, 9.7:1 compression set with proper quench set for a pump gas friendly combo, full 1.7 adjustable(Newcomer) roller rocker arm setup with custom HD pushrods, our custom valve cover spacer package with a factory valve cover for proper fit and evaporative functions. We spray every build with the customer chosen paint color or in stock colors. We recommend the following supporting mods: Intake manifold port match, Throttle body boring and taper porting, Header, 24lb injectors, Cold air intake, 2.5" minimum exhaust tubing, Upgraded Clutch(Mcleod/Centerforce), Automatic upgrades depending on style(Stock converters work well on all), Custom tuning(Even on stock vehicles there's always gains), We ONLY RECOMMEND "Flyin Ryan Tuning" or in house tunes on builds. These builds will include a 12 month/12,000 miles warranty, every single motor is dyno proven with a video and power numbers, a complimentary T or Sweat shirt w/hat.
*All engines will be shipped bare unless our custom high quality monotone paint option is applied from the options list. ***As of 12/01/21 any engine build turning over 5,500rpm's will be required to have an ATI damper due to engine speeds on the dyno for our safety and yours.
***Every single engine that is built and sold through Newcomer Racing(least to most expensive) has the minimum following items performed during the build process: All Blocks are Ampro baked and SS shot blasted, magnufluxed, deburred, bored and torque plate honed, line honed, decked for proper quench, full rotating assembly balancing, every single bearing is checked and set to size, cam and lifters deburred and polished, heads resurfaced, guides honed to size, competition valve job, spring install heights set accordingly, cam preload or lash set, high zinc break-in oil used during the engine dyno session, new oil installed before it ships to your location, warranty heat tabs installed.
