"HIGH OCTANE" Jeep 4.6-4.7 Stroker Engine Package
For those who want the stoutest most reliable 4.6-4.7 liter street Jeep stroker available on the market that still retains factory manners and dependability as long as you don't mind running premium octane fuel hence the name. We have done our research and developed an elite engine package that utilizes our custom-made hypereutectic pistons and lightweight rings with the highly desired 6.125" (Long)rods, with 10.0:1(66cc open chamber), 10.3:1(63cc closed chamber), 11.4:1(55cc Edelbrock aluminum head).
You may ask why Hypereutectic pistons and not forged? For a naturally aspirated engine that see's daily driving and hot rodding in all types of weather you cannot beat a well-designed Hypereutectic for quiet operation, excellent long life, anti-scuffing and sealing ability. To this point there has not been a hypereutectic option with a 6.125"(Long) rod option so we made one and created a new animal. From the factory the original 4.2(258) started life around 100hp to eventually topping out around 190hp by the 4.0(242). "HIGH OCTANE" at 4.6-4.7 liters is another animal all together, on our dyno this package pumped out 366hp and 373ftlbs of torque with one of our less aggressive cams. With this package we can custom tailor on of our billet roller cams and hi-rev Morel roller lifters to suite your needs and bring the power in where you want it.
Recommendations: Intake/Intake/Intake did we say Intake, to totally utilize this package we recommend an extremely ported stock intake manifold or custom setup(Sheetmetal) with an oversized throttle body(These are not mandatory items just recommended), header with 3" collector and a custom tune is MANDATORY with 91 octane minimum. Manual transmissions require clutch upgrade such as Mcleod or Centerforce. Automatic transmissions say a prayer then prepare for a moment of silence unless built or shift kit(Except AW4's, if they are healthy they seem to hold up well).

The "MEGA-TORQUER" offers even more killer bottom end and midrange power, yet still having great top end power thanks to our Competition CNC Cylinder Head. When you want that low end, stump pulling grunt, with all around great drivability select one of our smaller billet cam options. If you want to really stir things up, step up the ladder in cams and make big power with a loppy idle. No matter what cam you choose, this 4.8 combo will make a minimum 20ftlbs more low-end torque than a comparable 4.6 stroker.
This package will include a 4.060" steel crank, forged full floating 6.125" rods, main girdle, baffled oil pan, billet timing set, billet roller cam and hi-rev Morel lifters, long lasting quiet custom designed fully floating and coated hypereutectic pistons w/lightweight 1.2/1.5/2.5mm rings for low drag, long life performance, 10.0:1(66cc Open chamber/Iron head) or 10.3:1 (63cc Closed chamber iron head) or 11.2:1(55cc Aluminum Edelbrock) compression set with proper quench set for a pump gas friendly combo, fully adjustable 1.7 ratio(Newcomer) next generation lightweight roller rocker arm setup with custom HD pushrods, our custom billet valve cover spacer package with a factory valve cover for proper fit and evaporative functions.
We recommend the following supporting mods: Intake manifold port match, Throttle body boring and taper porting, Header, 36lb(EV1) or 47lb(EV6) injectors(Depends on injector style), Cold air intake, 2.5" minimum exhaust tubing, Upgraded Clutch(Mcleod/Centerforce), Automatic upgrades depending on style(Stock converters work well on all), Custom tuning(Even on stock vehicles there's always gains), We recommend "Flyin Ryan Tuning" or in house tunes on our builds.

The "Torque Monster" has quickly became our best seller. It offers killer bottom end and midrange power without killing the top end power thanks to our Competition Cylinder Head upgrade. When you still want great drivability and road manners with that all around awesome power band this is your build with a power band from Idle to 5500rpm's with a slightly noticeable idle.

"300HP" 4.6-4.7 Jeep/AMC "Stroker" inline 6 cyl engine package.

The "300HP" 4.6-4.7 liter is our entry level engine package and they normally make between 290-320hp/320-340tq with an excellent power band from idle to redline. All of our engine packages are custom hand built to spec, work well both fuel injected or carbureted. These engines are all upgradable with additional available options from below.
This package has a factory iron head with hardened valve seats that have a competition valve job with a full bowl blend, Rollmaster double roller timing set, billet roller cam and hi-rev Morel roller lifters, adjustable lightweight roller rocker arms with our billet valve cover spacer, stock valve cover and stock harmonic balancer. Compression will be 9.7:1 and it will work on regular pump gas. Your tuning will dictate what octane you will need to run to avoid detonation issues. The main difference between a 300HP and a Torque Monster is the head package.
*Recommendations for upgrades- Walbro 255 fuel pump, 24-36lb injectors, upgraded header w/2.5" collector and exhaust minimum!, intake porting, bigger throttle body, upgraded radiator, upgraded motor mounts(Drivers side mount that bolts on the block MUST have increased bolt count over the factory three bolts to keep from breaking block from added power, passenger can stay stock), cold air intake and last once everything is upgraded have it properly custom tuned then everything and everyone is happy. Every motor is dynoed with a video and power numbers. All engines will be shipped bare unless our custom high quality custom paint option is applied from the options list.
