4.8 Stroker Hypereutectic Coated Piston/Pins/Clips/Rings Kit.
We have decided to share our custom designed Hypereutectic coated pistons and custom file fit rings to everyone else. This was a two year wait to have these produced. You will not find a better piston and ring combo on the market that covers so many applications, such as: Daily drivers, weekend warriors, racing, boosted applications.
We have built many different combos with these from extremely small cam combos to whopper cam combos. The minimum Hp made to date is 350hp and the most naturally aspirated is 428hp. There are no piston to valve clearance issues to worry about unless extreme head milling or high lift/duration cams are used. These pistons feature a 14cc dish designed to run with a 4.060" stroke crank and a 6.125" bushed or pressed connecting rod making 4.8 liters and above. Eagle makes the crank and rods, as well as SCAT makes a great full floating(Bushed) connecting rod.
These are full custom built rings(1.2/1.5/2.5mm) and it shows. When you compare shortblock turning torque and sealing properties there is no comparison. A normal fresh built factory style shortblock will have a turning torque of anywhere from 24ftlbs to 32ftlbs. Our bushed piston and ring package even with the longer stroke takes only 12ftlbs-16ftlbs to rotate and the sealing properties are awesome.
All of this means less wear, better sealing, less drag for much more power. You will need to have a quality machine shop set piston to cylinder wall clearances and deck block accordingly. This kit includes, Pistons, Pins, Clips, and Rings ONLY!!!
Compression ratios will differ depending on deck height, combustion chamber size, bore size, gasket thickness. Do your research on your exact combination. Here are a few example:

68mm "Wide Mouth" Throttle Body

The 68mm "Wide mouth" throttle bodies are here and ready to add some needed air to your power plant. We have always had positive dyno gains with these throttle bodies on anything from stock to a maxed out stroker.
If you compliment this throttle body with one of our Ported 70mm intake manifolds, either in the stock casting form or the sheet metal plenum you will see huge gains in air flow and power potential.
Otherwise, to utilize these big throttle bodies, your stock intake manifold opening(62mm) will need to be machined to accept the oversized(68mm) opening.
Jeep/AMC 4.0/4.2 "Lightweight" Roller Rocker Arm Kits(1.60/1.70, Fixed & Adjustable)

If you want dyno proven hp & tq gains then here's one of the easiest ways to add 5hp/10ftlbs(1.60) or 10hp/15ftlbs(1.70). This is our next generation with even lighter weight, yet heavy duty, available in both 1.60 and 1.70 ratios fixed and "adjustable" roller rocker arm kits. These are 100% made in the USA and feature a heavy duty fully rollerized fulcrum and roller tip.
*3/8" .080" wall pushrods can only be used only on our competition heads unless you clearance your head accordingly. Possibly on fixed roller rocker arm kits and especially on adjustable kits you will have to space the valve cover up at least 1/2' for clearance from the added height of the over-sized rocker arms. We offer one of the best solutions for this issue with our 5/8" Billet Valve Cover Spacer Kit which is also listed on our site.
**Tech tip**
The factory rocker arm ratio is 1.60. Keep in mind when ordering your desired rocker arm kit that lift will be increased by going to a 1.70 ratio. Make sure your total lift value is not greater than your valve spring can handle(Coil bind).

Jeep/AMC 4.0 "CNC" aftermarket casting "Competition LS converted Cylinder heads". These heads are CNC'd then meticulously built from the ground up with all the upgrades and best parts such as: 2.02"/1.60" Stainless Steel 8mm valves, competition 5-angle valve job, fully hand ported and polished, beehive springs w/steel retainers and locks, upgraded Viton positive locking valve seals, custom machined spring seats for added cam lift capacity up to .600" lift, all fully assembled and ready to bolt on. We recommend this head for Strokers, Boosted applications, or 'Hot' upgraded 4.0/4.2 engines with upgraded cam, intake and header with increased rpm potential to reap the rewards.
***These heads depending on application and supporting mods will increase power levels from 25-75HP Naturally Aspirated and more with Forced Induction, with much added efficiency from the crack of the throttle to peak rpm. Your exhaust note and tone will change(Deeper/Louder) with the addition of these heads due to size and flow characteristics***
They are based off of a 99-06 model design with coil pack mounts and a machined front idle pulley if needed. The exhaust port arrangement has been moved to allow them to be used for all prior 4.0 head applications and header designs. You can use the TUPY or Stock style gasket, place your int/exh gasket order based on the header design.
We also recommend a complimenting cam package, ported Intake, 60mm and larger throttle body, fueling upgrades(injectors/tuning/500CFM & up carb) and header collector size of 2.5" or bigger depending where you want your power band.

Billet Valve Cover/Roller Rocker Spacer Kit(Raw or Black out)
This is the most advanced and complete Billet Valve Cover/Roller Rocker Spacer to date. This spacer kit has a proprietary designed doweled/interlocking system to keep everything aligned for proper fitment, sealing and to squeeze in those big 1.6 or 1.7 Adjustable Roller Rocker Arms. This kit is designed retain the factory valve cover and its excellent breather/baffling system which most aftermarket covers DO NOT HAVE. Jeep made a great simple sheet metal valve cover design that does exactly what it is supposed to do which is: Not leak, Control oil splatter, Proper PCV control without excess oil consumption and acceptable looks. Mopar stopped making these retainers over 10 years ago so we answered another call and made them look even better! Our new 7075 Aircraft Aluminum Retainers are super lightweight, fit even better than factory and can be polished to a mirror finish or choose the Black Out version. These will work directly with our valve cover spacer/stud/bolt kit and our billet thermostat housing to clear that added height. ***Note*** This set will include (15) Machined Billet Retainers in your choice of "Raw or Black Out"

We use these on everything and they work great for any platform from an Inline four, monster Cummins or Big block V8's. Jeep AMC 4.2 258 Stroker Long Snout "Black Anodized Billet Crank Spacer"
If you are running an early 258 (4.2) non-serpentine crank for your Stroker you will need to either cut the crank snout or simply run one of our new "Black Anodized Billet Crank Spacers". These are designed to work with stock and aftermarket harmonic balancers, reuse your stock "Thick" crank washer and make sure your stock bolt has enough thread engagement. ***Attention, the O.D(Outer Diameter) was based off a neutral size so they would fit most all balancers though some balancers will be tighter than others due to inconsistences of manufactures.

"HIGH OCTANE" Jeep 4.6-4.7 Stroker Engine Package

For those who want the stoutest most reliable 4.6-4.7 liter street Jeep stroker available on the market that still retains factory manners and dependability as long as you don't mind running premium octane fuel hence the name. We have done our research and developed an elite engine package that utilizes our custom made hypereutectic pistons and lightweight rings with the highly desired 6.125" (Long)rods, with 10.0:1(66cc open chamber), 10.3:1(63cc closed chamber), 11.4:1(55cc Edelbrock aluminum head).
You may ask why Hypereutectic pistons and not forged? For a naturally aspirated engine that see's daily driving and hot rodding in all types of weather you can not beat a well designed Hypereutectic for quiet operation, excellent long life, anti-scuffing and sealing ability. To this point there has not been a hypereutectic option with a 6.125"(Long) rod option so we made one and created a new animal. From the factory the original 4.2(258) started life around 100hp to eventually topping out around 190hp by the 4.0(242). "HIGH OCTANE" at 4.6-4.7 liters is another animal all together, on our dyno this package pumped out 366hp and 373ftlbs of torque with one of our less aggressive cams. With this package we can custom tailor the cam to suite your needs and bring the power in where you want it.
Recommendations: Intake/Intake/Intake did we say Intake, to totally utilize this package we recommend an extremely ported stock intake manifold or custom setup(Sheetmetal) with an oversized throttle body(These are not mandatory items just recommended), header with 3" collector and a custom tune is MANDATORY with 91 octane minimum. Manual transmissions require clutch upgrade such as Mcleod or Centerforce. Automatic transmissions say a prayer then prepare for a moment of silence unless built or shift kit(Except AW4's, if they are healthy they seem to hold up well).
***Every single engine that is built and sold through Newcomer Racing(least to most expensive) has the minimum following items performed during the build process: All Blocks are Ampro baked and SS shot blasted, magnufluxed, deburred, bored and torque plate honed, line honed, decked for proper quench, full rotating assembly balancing, every single bearing is checked and set to size, cam and lifters deburred and polished, heads resurfaced, guides honed to size, competition valve job, spring install heights set accordingly, cam preload or lash set, high zinc break-in oil used during the engine dyno session, new break-in oil installed before it ships to your location.

This all new custom designed Newcomer Racing exclusive "Copper" Intake/Header gasket answers the call for many issues related to the 4.0 based Jeep head. First off we list this as a lifetime gasket that can be reused time and time again with just a simple gasket cleaning and reapplication of the provided High Temp Silicone. Secondly it does not have to be trimmed like all stock gaskets to fit the stock or highly ported versions and it serves as a great porting template for our in house port designs. We offer three designs to fit your needs: Stock(87-99)/Edelbrock, TUPY(99-06), then our updated True round port design for our 1/2" Stainless Steel Custom Header flanges for your custom header builds.
