Jeep 4.0 1/2" Billet Aluminum Intake Flanges
Build your own intake or have one built with these precision laser cut 1/2" Billet intake manifold flanges for the 4.0 Jeep cylinder head. These flanges match our Copper gaskets, you can build your intake runners to mount flush on the flange or inside for a smaller port size. The tall flange provides multiple mounting points for the factory or aftermarket harness/NOS or random items depending on your layout. If you choose not to utilize the tall flange, build your intake completely before you mill the top off so your intake will stay in place during the welding process. ***Our Stainless steel header flange with this intake flange are made with a slight interference fit so you can clearance either one to fit your application best.
